YOUR COMPANY TERMONOLOGY (hereinafter referred as «YOUR COMPANY NAME»), company registered in the Republic of Singapore, UEN 201901033D, is the owner of the YOUR COMPANY NAME Products and content.

YOUR COMPANY NAME can be the controller for the processing of your personal data.

The concerned persons are all contacts of the Online Customers and the NGOs, whether or not they are bound by a contractual relationship (the “Contacts”).

YOUR COMPANY NAME ensures that every request of any Contact that is willing to exercise a right granted to him/her by the GDPR (right of access, right of rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object an automated individual decision-making) will be processed promptly. In case of need, you may file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is Personal Data Protection Commission Singapore (PDPA).

YOUR COMPANY NAME’s products include, but are not limited to, YOUR COMPANY NAME plugin (“plugin”), YOUR COMPANY NAME App, the website YOUR COMPANY (the “Website”).

What data do we collect and why?

YOUR COMPANY NAME collects information that you directly share with us when using our Products, in order to operate them. For instance, we collect your name, company’s name, email to create your account and profile on our platform and to send you a newsletter with relevant, personalised content.

You can also sign up using your existing Google or Linkedin account. In that case, YOUR COMPANY NAME will store information such as name and email for login purposes. Linking your social media account grants us access to your profile but under your permission settings on those platforms. We will NOT track any of your social media activity neither post anything on your behalf.

You might also have to provide your credit card details for pre-authorisation and billing purposes. Please note that we don’t store those data but only transfer them in a secured way to our payment processor.

We may also use the information we collect in aggregate or anonymised form (without identifying you), to analyse users interactions with our platforms and products, research, development, marketing, analytics, etc.

How we share your data

We will never sell your data. We will only share it with your consent or as explained here, meaning to complete your contributions to impact projects, with businesses who help us operate, or if we are legally required to.

We may share information with our service providers (businesses that work for and with us) for the purpose of running YOUR COMPANY NAME and fulfilling our commitments to you. Those can be businesses that provide us support for legal, banking, security, payment processing, customer service, etc.

Rights regarding your data

You have the right to request information about your personal data that we hold, how we use it, and who we share it with, as well as to ask us for a copy of this data.

You can also request to opt out of direct marketing.
